Properties between 1500 and 2500 square feet of interior living space $425.00

Larger homes add $75.00 for every 1000 sq ft

Thermal Imaging
We will create a thermal mapping report for our clients that request it as part of a standard home inspection or we can perform it as an energy audit or for specialized consulting purposes
Thermal scan - Use of thermal imaging camera to perform a thermal scan for hidden thermal anomalies as part of a home inspection. $50.00 when added to the inspection
Comprehensive Thermal Mapping Energy Audit of the structure including a complete  thermal mapping report. $400.00
Specialized consultation. If you suspect an issue with a building and would like us to evaluate the condition using our Infrared technology $75 trip fee + $50 per 1/2 hour on site + 1/2 hour to build the report at our office.

 

Home Inspection Water Testing
We offer the most comprehensive, thorough and complete water testing services available. Our lab is in local Massachusetts and provides the fastest results available.
Standard Water Quality Screening

Microbiological (Coliform & Fecal/E. Coli) and 24 inorganic materials are screened. Meets FHA & VA testing requirements (See chart below)

Comprehensive Water Quality Screening (*most commonly requested test for private wells)

Screening for Microbiological (Coliform & Fecal/E. Coli), 24 Inorganic substances, Radon, and 61 organic substances (See chart below)

Health Scan (**most commonly requested test for suspected health related issues with water)

Includes all Comprehensive Screening plus additional testing for Heavy Metals, pesticides and other health risk related toxins (See chart below)

Water Flow (Quantity) Test
Nominal 3 Hour test @5GPM
Evaluate and monitor water quantity and pressure over a sustained period of time. 

Note:  Test may only be performed with owner approval
